Real-life projects by our Computer Science students

INVENT is an innovative platform, run by Computer Science students, supervised by lecturers of the department, and develops for its clients software solutions free of charge. It aims at providing timely, innovative and high quality software and IT service support to external clients and in this way creating a bridge between academia and industry. INVENT is beneficial for both students and external companies. Companies are provided with services free of charge and experiment with different projects while students gain professional experience through real-life projects, learn how to work in a team efficiently, effectively distribute tasks, develop their communication skills, and learn how to meet deadlines. Driven by a deep sense of social responsibility towards the wider community the students try to help charity organisations and create projects for the improvement of operations and services.
